You cannot live a day without a cutlet? You are ready to eat hundreds of cutlets for breakfast, dinner and supper? You regret, that anybody has not guessed to submit cutlets for a dessert till now? Are the cutlets with any stuffing nice to you? You have collected the whole collection of cutlets in a secret case, which has no concurrence in the world? Then be so kind as to warn us about your arrival in advance that we could satisfy your appetites completely. Please, concern it with understanding, in fact we cannot leave all other visitors of our restaurants without cutlets.

For those our visitors who concerns to cutlets without fanaticism, but with a known share of sympathy, we are glad to inform, that since April, 21st we open the real cutlet season in "Compotes". During this period besides our firm cutlets of three kinds of meat with mashed potatoes you can taste the whole 12 kinds of the cutlets made of the diversified products. Here there will be also a traditional Kiev cutlet, and a cutlet made of Black Sea sardines for fans of fish, and even potato cutlets with mushrooms for vegetarians. Come and taste!
