Waiters and pizzaiolo contest in Pan Pizza

Corporation «Resta» held a contest and the waiters and pizzaiolo of pizzerias «Pan Pizza» on Saturday, February 7.

Competition took place in three phases for waiters. During the first part jury was given the opportunity to evaluate the work of the waiters on the following criteria: knowledge of menu, service abilities, communication, appearance and constancy to stress.

The second part of the competition asked waiters to spread the table for six guests. This part also included perhaps the most spectacular part of the competition. It was conversation for the speed of opening a bottle of champagne, according to all standards of the service.

The third phase was devoted to the knowledge of pizza and pasta fans. Earned fans scores parties counts waiters competition. It should be emphasized that the fans have shown a very high level of knowledge and has never been mistaken in their answers.
According to the results of all three phases of the competition the best waiter «Pan Pizza» became Anna Selemeneva.

Pizzaiolo competition consisted of two phases: a competition for the fastest cooking of Italian pizza and the presentation of «the author's pizza». Participants receive an estimate of the balance between the appearance of pizza, its taste and presentation. The winner of this tournament has become Paul Nizhikioysky, who presented to the expert court pizza with grilled chicken and pepper.

The winners were representatives of «Pan Pizza» on Ekaterininskaya, 45. We sincerely congratulate the team of the pizzeria with an absolute victory in the contest!
